Scap Pulls are a movement that teaches shoulder depression (away from the ears) and enhances the musculature (predominantly that of the upper back) involved in the movement.

Being able to perform Scap Pulls provides a steppingstone into a variety of different Vertical Pull exercises such as the Pull Up or any number of different Pulldown variations.
