Our in person coaching and ‘At Home’ training material provide an experience that incorporates all components of wellbeing and fitness as they pertain to General Physical Development.
I’ve always been involved in sport. Growing up I was an athlete myself & then a sports coach. Professionally, my background is in Sport Science & I am a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach – working privately in the industry for 7 years now.
My continual involvement in athletic performance has always been driven by a meticulous and systemized approach to movement and preparation.
However, this approach was limited and needed revising.
Enter Youth Led.
When we created Youth Led and everything it stands for with regards to using ‘movement as a means to create community & mentoring for all adolescents’, we decided to simplify the service we provide, as well as the way we thought about Strength & Conditioning & Fitness.
Our investment in the adolescents we work with, and there ‘Complete Wellbeing’, began to give our coaching a north start to always refer back to.
The result, a holistic General Physical Development program for beginners – with the aim being to create an environment to safely develop the skills and confidence needed to care for their own Good Health, Complete Wellbeing, Maximized Performance (in their chosen field).
Whilst we are very proud of the service we now offer in this space we are also excited to look to the future and how we can evolve it even further.
