This workbook provides activities & resources to accompany the Complete Wellbeing for Adolescents Online Presentation.
Both the presentation & workbook are designed for adolescents themselves & professionals who work with adolescents.
Youth Led’s aim is to revolutionize the way we think about wellbeing. We want to evolve the current teachings from addressing each component in isolation to a more holistic approach – one which focuses on the interrelatedness between components.
By broadening your thinking in this way you will begin to look at wellbeing related interventions in a more dynamic & realistic way, a way that has considered all options and increases the longevity of said intervention.
About Complete Wellbeing
‘Complete Wellbeing’ includes the following four components:
- Physical Wellbeing: Includes health & fitness, plus the lifestyle you live
- Emotional & Mental Wellbeing: Awareness & control of your thoughts, emotions & reactions
- Social Wellbeing: The environments, including the people, you frequent
- Spiritual Wellbeing: Your understanding of and connection to self
When we say ‘complete’ wellbeing, by no means are we expecting perfection. Instead ‘complete’ refers to being aware of and understanding all the aspects that make up wellbeing, as well as how they interact with each other.
